Lambs visit Oak Lane Nursing and Rehab

Moose Creek Farms in Media, Ill., visited Oak Lane Nursing and Rehab in Stronghurst, Ill. on May 15 for Nursing Home Week May 14-20.

Staff from Moose Creek brought three lambs, an old 55 International R110 pickup truck, a pair of IH tractors, an old farm wagon and an old corn sheller.

Everyone who wanted to hold a lamb got to do so, or the lamb was held for the resident to pet.

The crew at Oak Lane then served everyone treats and lemonade to drink.

Oak Lane hosted additional events like PJ Day, an Elvis movie showing, flower planting, and served DQ Dilly Bars, cake and more.
